Service terms
DRCTR is a creative-direction service operated by Emery Enterprises in Australia. Support: jack@craitve.com. Updated 21 October 2026.
What DRCTR provides
DRCTR connects to supported host chats to plan creative work, manage project continuity and submit requested media jobs through your connected provider accounts. The website supports account management, review and export workflows; standalone website AI chat is retired.
Pricing and third-party costs
The individual plan costs A$5/month, billed in AUD and renewed monthly until canceled. Checkout shows the total before you subscribe. No generation credits or host subscription are included. Provider API access, permissions, credits and licenses are your responsibility. A regular provider subscription may not include API access. No existing subscription is automatically repriced. Complimentary codes grant the access described when issued; they do not include provider credits or cancel an existing paid subscription.
Seven-day trial
A trial starts on your first authenticated use of DRCTR and lasts seven days per account. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. After expiry, new creative work and provider jobs through DRCTR require an active subscription or complimentary grant. Saved projects remain viewable and provider connections remain stored unless you remove them; subscribing restores access without reinstalling. Jobs already submitted can finish. Provider charges during a trial remain your responsibility. Existing complimentary codes grant ongoing access as described when issued, not a new seven-day trial.
Content and consent
Only submit content you are entitled to use and share with the selected providers. Obtain permission to use other people's likenesses, voices and private material. Do not use DRCTR for unlawful impersonation or abuse. Review generated work before publication; outputs can be inaccurate and are not guaranteed to be unique or cleared for every commercial use.
Cancellation, problems and consumer rights
Cancel renewal through Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Contact support for billing errors, service problems or refund requests; requests are assessed individually, subject to your legal rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Third-party provider charges are handled by the provider.
