2. Add the DRCTR connector

1. Open Claude on the web and go to Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector.
2. Name it DRCTR, paste the server URL below, and continue through the detected authentication settings.
3. Choose Sign in now. For the OAuth client, select Register automatically (DRCTR supports dynamic registration, not Claude's published-identity option). Leave request headers empty, then finish adding the connector.

For Team or Enterprise, an authorized owner/admin must first add it under Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web. Members then find DRCTR in Customize → Connectors and click Connect. Free accounts have a one-custom-connector limit.

No DRCTR API key, bearer token or client secret is needed for this OAuth setup. Do not select “No authentication.”

3. Authorize, then start chatting

If you need an account first, sign up for DRCTR, then return to your host and connect again. Check that the authorization page names the host you are connecting before allowing access.

When you connect, your browser opens DRCTR authorization. Sign in or create a DRCTR account if needed, then choose Allow access. If already signed in, you may go straight to consent. This links a DRCTR account; it does not automatically reuse your Claude or ChatGPT identity as a DRCTR account.

Return to Claude. In a conversation, open + → Connectors and enable DRCTR. Connecting your account does not automatically enable it in every chat.

First ask “Use DRCTR to check my account and connected providers. Do not generate anything yet.” Confirm it recognizes your account. Then ask “Use DRCTR to help me make a video.” It checks existing providers and only asks you to connect one if needed.

Account authorization connects your projects. Generating images, video or voiceover also requires a connected provider with available credits. Provider keys are stored in your DRCTR connections, never pasted into the chat.

DRCTR is A$5/month; generation credits and your host subscription are separate. Have a complimentary code? Sign in and redeem it on Billing. A code grants DRCTR access, not provider credits.

Your first authenticated use starts a seven-day trial. No card and no automatic charge. After expiry, subscribe to submit new work through DRCTR; saved projects and provider connections remain. Installing DRCTR does not automatically launch a questionnaire when you open your host app—select it and ask to start.
